A reservation system that runs the whole evening.

Guests book on the web or WhatsApp, in Arabic or English. Your host runs the floor from one screen. At month end you see what worked.

No app for guests to download. Your name on every page, never ours.

Your RestaurantTry it. Choose a party size and a time.
How many people?
Pick a time

Three questions every owner asks. Al Mada answers all three.

How do new customers find me?

Visibility. A listing in the Q8tly restaurant directory, where paying us never buys a better position. A bilingual website whose opening hours come from the booking engine, so they never drift. A booking page with your logo and photos.

What happens when they get in touch?

Operations. Live capacity, so you are never double booked. A WhatsApp agent that books and hands over to a person when it is stuck. A reception board your host can run with one hand.

Did any of it work?

Reports. Over 60 figures, each with a written definition. Monthly PDFs in English or Arabic, and a written summary of your month with guest identifiers removed first.

Only the company that runs your bookings can tell you who booked and who came back. That is why the three work best together.

One Thursday evening, start to finish.

Scroll. The floor changes as the night does. The evening is an example, and the screens are the real ones.

  1. A guest finds you

They look for somewhere to eat tonight, find your listing in the Q8tly directory and open your booking page. No app, no account.

  2. They book on WhatsApp

The agent checks live capacity, offers indoor or terrace, and confirms in Arabic or English. The table is taken the moment it is booked.

  3. A walk-in arrives

Your host taps the party size once. The engine picks the table, and the agent can no longer sell it. Undo stays open for two minutes.

  4. The WhatsApp guest walks in

Ready, waiting, seated. One tap, and the board changes for everyone on shift.

  5. A table frees up

On every release there is one question: where do these seats go? Next in the door queue, a walk-in, a hold, or back on sale.

  6. You see what worked

Bookings, covers and occupancy for the day, with no-shows and cancellations kept apart. Every figure has a written definition.

5:42 pm
Guest booking page: pick a day and party size
Guest booking page: pick a time and add details

A booking in under a minute. No app. No account.

Date, time and party size, then a phone number, then confirmed. Every page carries your restaurant's name and look.

Honest availability
A full slot is greyed out, never hidden. The largest party offered comes from what your room can actually seat.
Allergies and access needs
Seven allergen choices, high chair and wheelchair, and a free note. It follows the booking to your host.
Verified numbers
A code by WhatsApp or email confirms the guest, which means fewer fake bookings. You can switch it off per venue.
A live page after booking
Guests edit their note, cancel in one tap, add the booking to their calendar and leave a thumbs up or down.
Door QR waiting list
Guests scan the QR on your door, join the queue and watch their place move. No clipboard.
Large groups and events
Parties of 100 or more send an enquiry instead of booking, so your team can quote properly.

Your guests already use WhatsApp. Now it books for you.

The agent answers in Arabic and English, books against live capacity and answers from your own place facts. When it is stuck, a person takes over.

Books against the real floor
It can only sell what is free. A walk-in your host seats takes real capacity the agent can no longer sell.
Plain questions get plain answers
Availability, booking status and cancel requests are answered by code and a template, with no AI guessing.
Handover to your team
An alert reaches reception. Whoever takes it locks the reply box for everyone else, and replies carry their name.
Approved templates
Eighteen WhatsApp templates approved by Meta, nine in English and nine in Arabic.

Built for a busy Friday night, on a phone, with one hand.

Tonight, Floor, Capacity, Calendar and Waiting list. Everything your host needs in service, and nothing to hunt for.

The reception board showing arrivals, seated parties, the waiting list and seats free
Action ladder
Ready, waiting, seated, release. A guest marked waiting can never be marked late or no-show by mistake.
The release fork
When a table frees up: next in queue, a walk-in, a hold, or back on sale.
Walk-ins in one tap
Enter the party size. The engine picks the table, with undo.
Holds for callers
Hold seats for 15, 30 or 60 minutes. They release automatically and never show to guests.
Alerts that do not collide
Take an alert and it locks for everyone else. Resolve and reopen with a full trail.
Find anyone fast
Search by name, phone number or booking reference. Open a guest card with visit history and notes.
Works when Wi-Fi does not
Anything that gives a table back still works offline. A clear sync state shows fresh, stale or offline.
Fair no-shows
A no-show is allowed only after the slot time plus a grace period, and it can be undone.

Numbers you can trust, because you can read how we count them.

Over 60 figures, each with a written definition. A rate with nothing behind it shows blank, never zero, because "nothing to measure" and "zero" are different answers.

How Al Mada counts
BookingsEvery booking except holds. Cancelled and no-show bookings are included.
CoversGuests booked. Cancelled parties are left out.
OccupancyBooked seat-hours divided by seat-hours on offer. Closed slots are not counted.
No-shows and cancellationsCounted apart on purpose. No-shows need a policy. A guest who called ahead needs nothing.
Busiest and quietest dayClosed days are left out of "quietest", so a closure never reads as a slow day.
ChangeEach figure against the previous period of the same length. Occupancy changes in percentage points.

Monthly report PDFs in English or Arabic cover sources, guests, capacity and the agent. A written AI summary of your month removes guest identifiers before any model reads it. CSV export needs the export permission.

Made here, for how Kuwait eats out.

Not a foreign tool with a translation bolted on.

Arabic first, fully
Right to left across every screen your guest, host and owner see. Numbers appear as 1 2 3 everywhere, and Arabic digits are accepted when typed.
WhatsApp is the front door
Confirmations, reminders and replies go where your guests already are. Reply "Cancel" to cancel. Guests see your name, not ours.
Local place facts
Parking, prayer room, family area, smoking rules. Shown in both languages and pulled from your Q8tly listing.

The full list, so there are no surprises.

What Al Mada does today, and just as importantly, what it does not.

Run the floor

  • Tonight board with seats free, held and closed by hour
  • Floor view with floors, areas and tables you draw
  • Capacity with joined tables following your merge policy
  • Calendar with bookings and covers per day
  • Waiting list with message, template and door QR poster
  • Closures for a day or a time range, with a choice for existing bookings

Know your guests

  • Feedback with thumbs and tags after each visit
  • Privacy page for each venue
  • CSV export gated by permission

Stay in control

  • Staff accounts with permissions you grant and revoke
  • History of what happened and which staff member did it
  • Opening hours with a live open-now status
  • Kill switches to pause messaging or auto-confirm
  • Notices and Help with incident filing built in
  • Oversell protection that refuses any change that would overbook the room

What it is not. Al Mada is not a point-of-sale, stock or accounting system. It does not take payments or deposits, and it does not send marketing messages. It does one job, bookings and guests, and does it well.

Live without a long project.

We do the setup. You answer a few questions about your restaurant.

  1. Tell us about your venue

A short questionnaire: your floors, tables, hours and staff.

  2. We configure everything

Floors, hours, brand, your WhatsApp number and the agent's knowledge of your place.

  3. Train the team

Reception works from a phone with big buttons and full Arabic. There is little to learn.

  4. Go live, then review monthly

Bookings start arriving. Each month you get a report on what worked.

Straight answers.

Do my guests need to download anything?

No. Guests book on a web page that carries your branding, or by messaging you on WhatsApp. No app and no account.

Does it work fully in Arabic?

Yes. Guest pages, the reception board, the owner screens, WhatsApp replies and monthly report PDFs all work in Arabic, right to left, as well as English.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on which of the three parts you use and how many venues you run. Book a demo and we will give you a clear quote, with no surprise fees.

What happens if the internet drops during service?

Anything that gives a table back still works offline. Anything that would take capacity waits until you are back online, so you can never oversell by accident.

Can the WhatsApp agent make mistakes?

It books only against live capacity and answers from facts you approved. Common questions are answered by code, not AI. When it is unsure, it hands over to your team.

Do you take deposits or card details?

No. Guests book with a name and a verified phone number. We do not ask for payment to hold a table.

Does it replace my POS?

No. Al Mada handles bookings, guests and reporting. It sits alongside whatever you use for orders and payments.

Who owns our guest data?

You do. Staff actions are recorded, each venue has its own privacy page, and guest identifiers are removed before any AI model reads a report.
